If you send me, M-C or Shannon your addy SL we will invite you using that method. Send to me using groupsmail AT blueyonder DOT co DOT uk and I will invite

Re: What has happened to this Group???
We're setting up an r-c-s site on facebook, MC the 2nd did it. It is just hard to find current threads through google and I'm tired of sifting through spam. I'm scrapping and card making but with school it is hard to upload and juggle everything. Facebook is easy to use and understand with patience. I am enjoying

Re: RCS Group been setup on Facebook
Keep in mind that you must have at least posted art, scrapbooking questions or links to your work here. We will not accept spammers and I will double check here to see what was done. If you have lurked here in the past, you are welcome to join us on facebook in that forum but the moment advertisements to non-scrapbooking sites are posted, I

Re: best Cricut cartridges prices?
I check around. I got several of mine last time from cricutexpress.com they had several on sale. I bought 7 from them. I also have an order coming today from customcrops.com for 4 cartridges I got there. The Elmo's party has been real high up in the $60's. I got it there cheap. Love Struck Cricut Seasonal Cartridge = $19.99

Re: Shortcuts for a one-handed cook
I'm a one-handed cook all the time! My son is my sous chef. He does all the chopping, peeling, slicing, lifting, etc. I do the actual cooking. Tongs are wonderful. I've got several pair for different purposes. My favorite gadget right now is a pepper grinder that has a position-sensitive switch. You just turn it over ... and it starts

Re: Hi everyone!
Barb, Glad to hear you are doing pretty good. In treating your diabetes, I've not had it, but I've talked to a few people that have. This will probably sound crazy to you, but this is what I've been taught the past 2 1/2 yrs and heard and seen it actually work with a few people with diabetes. Have you thought

Hi everyone!
I know it's been along time and I really don't have an excuse! Life has been busy and I have been lazy! I haven't scraped in about a year-how sad is that? I find that after a busy week I just want to relax and watch a movie or play a game with my family. Speaking of which here is a short update. Emilee is 10-soon to be 11 and in grade 5. She loves school and is

Shortcuts for a one-handed cook
My thumb is in a brace for the next two weeks (and has been effectively limiting my cooking for the last month!) which rules out chopping, slicing, or anything involving knife skills. The pre-chopped onion/celery etc are actually pretty good. They're expensive but under the circumstances they're worth it. Ditto for the

Plugging my blog
I made a resolution for February to make a new craft blog entry every day. And thus far I'm keeping it! Today's entry was a real labour of love so please check it out... [link]

Re: Thank you Carolyne!
I think that the address list I have was the last update. It was M-C that kept things up to date but she hasn't been on here much in a while now. I have her listed on FB but I can't be bothered with much of what goes on there....too impersonal and very little in the way of craft talk. Marilyn

Re: Thank you Carolyne!
Oh, awesome! I'm glad you got it so fast! :-) Unfortunately, 2 cards bounced back, I think the addy list I got has not been updated--does anyone know who has the original and is keeping up with it? Re: What has happened to this Group???
Cathy...I think this group is being dropped from most newsservers as there is so little participation and people find it hard to access through Google, etc. Many have just moved over to Facebook or use their own blogs to let folks know what they are up to. For me FB & blogs don't fit the bill even though I have caught up with many that were on here on FB. Peeps seem to spend their

Re: What has happened to this Group???
It appears a lot of the sites are experiencing downturns! One of my scrapping sites is closing down because no one will step forward and take over. Other sites that I am a member of are also saying the same thing. Is the scrap booking rage finished? Different economy, different things happening in our lives, younger families having to

Re: What has happened to this Group???
I know, I feel the same way. I know almost everyone has gone over to facebook, but there, it is just not the same. Too many other things to get through and around. I check every day, also. Some members were having trouble as so many Internet providers were dropping the news service, but once I got
